Race Ke Phle Pressure Feel Hona Natural Hai

Agar Aap Ke Pass Ek Bahut Hi Bda Goal Hai Jisko Aap Achieve Karna Chahte Hai To Ye Natural Hai Aap Iske Baad Ek Pressure Ko Bhi Handle Karna Pdega. Jo Swimmer Pressure Ke Sath Struggle Kar Rhe Hai Wo Apne Goal Ke Sath Positive Relation Nahi Bna Pate Hai.

Lekin Aaj Mai Kuch Aisi Chiz Btane Ki Kosis Karunga Jisse Aap Pressure Me Bhi Apne Mind Ko Negative Thought Se Bacha Skte Hai:

  • Race Day Ke Pressure Ho Handle Karne Ka Sabse Sahi Tarika Yahi Hota Hai Ki Swimmer Ko Daily Basis Par Ek Competition Mind Ke Sath Apne Fellow Teammates Ke Sath Race Krna Chahiye.
  • Nervousness Swimmers Ko Tab Hoti Hai Jab Wo Kisi Chiz Ke Liye Practice Puri Nahi Krta. Isliye Agar Ek Swimmer Competition Me Participate Kar Rha Hai To Usko Na Sirf Race Ki Practice Krni Hoti Hai Balki Mindset And Visualization Jaise Chizo Ko Bhi Tyar Karke Jana Hota Hai.
  • Jo Swimmer Pressure Le Rha Hai Uske Liye Ye Kafi Frustrating Bhi Ho Skta Hai Kyuki Wo Kafi Hard Training Leta Hai Or Umeed Karta Hai Ki Wo Sabse Tez Swim Krega. Lekin Kabhi Kabhi Aisa Nahi Hota Isliye Swimmer Ko Good Or Bad Dono Results Ke Liye Tyar Rhna Chahiye, Or Dono Hi Results Se Apne Next Event Ke Liye Sikhna Chahiye.

Pressure Ek Problem Nahi Hai, Balki Pressure, Fear, Anxiety Ye Sab Ek Natural Part Hote Hai, Aisa Koi Swimmer Nahi Jisne Ye Sari Chize Experience Nahi Kiya Ho. Bde Se Bda Swimmer Jab Kisi Bde Event Me Participate Karta Hai To Unko Bhi Ye Sari Problem Hoti Hai Bas Fark Itna Hota Hai Ki Unko Pta Hai Ki Ye Sari Chize Kaise Handle Karni Hai.
