The Ohio State Synchronized Swimming Team has prepared all season long to take on the best in the country at the U.S. Collegiate Synchronized Swimming Nationals. The Buckeyes took to the road to face the nation’s best swimmers in Tucson, Arizona to defend their title and claim their 31st National Championship. Follow the action live on demand from Thursday, March 29 to Saturday, March 31st here.

Thursday will kick off the prelims for the solo, duet, and trio competitions and Friday will feature the technical and team prelims. The weekend wraps up on Saturday with the finals for each category as well as the award ceremony.

The Buckeyes will have Laila Huric and Breanna Malone perform their solo routines, and Shea Ramsey & Rachel Warren will showcase their duet routine. In addition, Monica Velasquez-Stiak & Alyssa Hoying will perform their North Regional Championship-winning routine before passing the baton to the trios.

The three trios competing for Ohio State in order are: Wenjing Deng, Rachel Jager, & Stephanie Thielemann, Alyssa Hoying, Monica Velasquez-Stiak, & Noelle St. John, and Quinn Connor, Jessica Giannuzzi, & Lizzie Welzien. The three teams all finished in the top 4 at the North Regional Championships, and they look to carry the momentum of that performance into the season finale

Lastly, you can see the Buckeyes’ Gray team of Coffin, Giannuzzi, Starrett, Stehlik, Torba, Walsh, Warren and Welzien perform first in the team competition. Then, for the last swim of the prelims, the Ohio State Scarlet team of Deng, Hoying, Huric, Jager, Meredith Le Roux, St. John, Thielemann, and Velazquez-Stiak take the pool.

Coming off the heels of an exciting undefeated regular season, and a dominating North Regional Championship victory, the Buckeyes are ready to make a run for what could be their 31th National Championship in program history.
