Odisha State Para Swimming Championship Conclude Hua

Odisha State Para Swimming Championship 2025–26 ka safal aayojan 25 aur 26 October 2025 ko yahan Kalinga Stadium ke Aquatic Centre mein kiya gaya. Puri state se 140 se jada para-athletes ne iss event mein participate kiya, jinhone apni skills, determination aur sporting spirit ka zabardast pradarshan kiya.

Championship ka inauguration Deputy Secretary, Department of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha  Amit Kumar Nayak ne kiya, jo iss mauke par Chief Guest the. Apne address mein Nayak ne para-athletes ke efforts aur unke resilience ki tareef ki aur unke future achievements ke liye best wishes di.

Odisha Para Sports Association ke President Kamala Kanta Ratha ne sabhi medal winners aur participants ko unke outstanding performances ke liye badhai di. Unhone Association ke commitment ko ye kahe kar reaffirm ki Association lagatar support aur encouragement ke saath Odisha mein para sports ko promote aur develop karne ke liye dedicated hai.

Jo athletes is championship mein exceptionally accha perform karenge, wo 15 se 18 November 2025 tak Hyderabad mein hone wali  ‘XXV National Para Swimming Championships 2025–26’ me Odisha ko represent karenge.

Men’s Category: 

Balangir ke Dinesh Mohan Majhi (S-10 Class) ne 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, aur 100m Backstroke events mein 3 Gold Medals jeete.

Nuapada ke Akash Banchhor, (S-5 Class), ne 200m Individual Medley, 50m Backstroke, aur 100m Backstroke events mein 3 Gold Medals jeete.

Women’s Category: 

Kendrapada ki Monali Swain (S-8 Class), ne 100m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, aur 100m Backstroke events mein 3 Gold Medals jeet kar apni domination dikhayi.

Ganjam ki Kabita Dalai (S-6 Class), ne bhi 50m Backstroke, 100m Backstroke, aur 100m Freestyle events mein 3 Gold Medals haasil kiye.
