Le Clos: Goal is to Take it Global Like Phelps Did

Simply beating Michael Phelps in the 200 fly at the 2012 Summer Olympics isn’t enough for Olympic star Chad le Clos. He wants to match Phelps’ level of fame as well.

In the above interview with the Dubai Sports Council, le Clos mentions that he feels that he and Cameron van der Burgh have made a huge difference in swimming in South Africa, and that the only way to build a global brand like Phelps had is to keep winning.
