Indian Swimmers Ka January 11 Se Senior National Swimming Camp

Pandemic ke baad aisa first time hone jaa raha hai ki Swimming Federation of India home mei hi senior national camp conduct karane jaa rahi hai January 11 se February 21 tak Bengaluru ke Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence mei.

Federation ne 18 names annpounced kiye hai (12 men aur 6 women) jisme top swimmers Srihari Nataraj aur Kushagra Rawat bhi include hai. Swimmers ko camp join karne se pahle Covid-19 negative certificate submit karna padega.

Sporta Authority of India ne job hi protocols banaye hai wo sab follow kiye jayenge. “Ye conditioning aur preparatory camp hai,” Swimming Federation of India ke secretary-general Monal Choksi ne Thenewindianexpress ko bataya.

Is camp mei chief national coach Pradeep S Kumar nahi honge kyu ki wo abhi bhi Dubai mei hi hai. Unke absence mei, senior coach Nihar Ameen ke saath 2 aur log is camp ko overseeing karenge. India ke top swimmers mei se ek Sajan Prakash ka name is list se missing hai.

2020 mei game time mei lack hone ki wajah se, federation exposure trips ki planning kar raha hai March-April se is hope mei ki shayad tab tak pandemic situation better ho jaye. South Africa abhi ka preferred venue hai. Team ko Pretoria ke high performance centre mei train kiya jayega.
