Since FORM first launched their smart swim goggles in August 2019, they’ve constantly been surprising us, updating features and delivering awesome new swim experiences. Today’s news from them is an amazing next step, and is their biggest update to date.
Today, the FORM team has announced the launch of Workouts on the FORM Smart Swim Goggles. These first-of-its-kind Workouts features guide swimmers through engaging and motivating workouts in real-time using the FORM goggles’ augmented reality display.
Available immediately, this game-changing Workouts experience, featuring an ever-growing library of workouts, is available via an annual or monthly membership purchase.

How It Works
FORM swimmers can continue to use their goggles with access to real-time metrics as normal, and can now add a Workouts membership to gain access to an extensive library featuring hundreds of workouts that focus on Endurance, Power, Sprint, Recovery, Technique, and more.
Workouts also feature pre-workout tutorials, gear recommendations for drills, and post-workout analysis. New workouts will be released frequently, providing a dynamic library that is designed to empower every swimmer with the motivation, guidance, skills and advice they need to get better and feel confident in the water.
FORM Workouts membership will be available to purchase through the FORM Swim App, with monthly membership at $19.99 or annual membership at $179.99 ($14.99/month).
The Game-Changing Swim Experience
In the FORM Swim App, swimmers can easily find and select the right workouts for their ability or goals. Each workout has a thorough explanation of the sets, drills (with tutorials), stroke types and intensities, and lists any equipment needed for each session so swimmers will always know what to do, and how to do it, taking their swimming to new levels.
Swimmers can download multiple workouts that are then stored on the FORM goggles. Once they begin to swim, the FORM goggles display will guide swimmers through workouts instructing them, and showing them their real-time swim data.
When the swimmer completes a workout, it saves automatically and easily syncs to the FORM app, so they can see their progress and identify areas of improvement.
