FINA World Junior Diving Championships kicks off Sept 9th in Penza, Russia

The stars of the future will gather in Penza (RUS) for the 20th FINA World Junior Diving Championships, to be staged from September 9-14, 2014. During the six-day competition, 14 events will be contested for Group A (16-18 years old) and Group B (14-15 years old) divers. These Championships are held every two years and have allowed, in the past, to “discover” many of the talents that were able to shine in the elite international arena.

The schedule of the competition includes the following programme for finals:

September 9
Boys A – 3m springboard
Girls B – 1m springboard

September 10
Girls A – 1m springboard
Girls B – 5, 7.5, 10m platform
Boys A+B – 3m springboard synchro

September 11
Girls A – 3m springboard
Boys B – 1m springboard

September 12
Boys A – 1m springboard
Boys B – 5, 7.5, 10m platform
Girls A+B – 3m springboard synchro

September 13
Boys B – 3m springboard
Girls A – 5, 7.5, 10m platform

September 14
Girls B – 3m springboard
Boys A – 5, 7.5, 10m platform
