The workouts themselves are not indicative of SwimSwam’s or Commit’s views on training. They strictly reflect the opinions of the author swim coach.

300 free finger tip -> catch-up
300 free kick w/board

More Stuff:
200 back 6-kick switch
200 back kick (hands by side)
100 IM swim
100 IM kick

10×50 kick @ 1:20 1-5 free/5-9 IM order/100 SPRINT
