    6×25 on :50 Triple Switch
    6×25 on :50 Clock Drill
    6×25 on :50 Superman Catchup
    300 perfect free
    100 no board
    3×50 on 1:05/1:10 choice
    3×50 on 1:00/1:05 choice
    12×25 on :35 Every 3rd fast flutter
    200 breathe 3
    100 breathe 5
    3×50 on :40 3 breaths or less
    4×50 on :45/:50/:55 free
    3×50 on :40/:45/:50 free
    2×50 on 1:00 no free build
    50 for time
    4×25 Dive
