Warm up
    300 75 swim, 25 scull
    200 25 3/7 drill, 25 side kick
    100 IM or no free
    3:00 (250 – 100) paddle 1st gear
    2:00 (175 – 50) paddle 2nd gear
    1:00 (100 – 25) paddle 3rd gear
6 x Any Equipment
    75 kick fast 1:30
    50 4th gear swim 1:00
    25 5th gear swim :45

This was a fun practice for our masters’ group to all swim together on Christmas Eve.
