4 x 25 Fast Underwater Dolphin Kicks :40

2 x 50 Sprint Free or Fly 2:00

2 x 25 Fast Underwater Dolphin Kicks :35

1 x 50 Sprint Free or Fly 2:00

6 x 50 Kick
