Just a fun little 12 Days of Christmas holiday workout using White, Red, & Green from our color system. White = EZ, Red = Strong, Green = Short & Fast Burst. Other acronyms include, AFAP = As fast as possible, and UW = Underwaters. Enjoy & happy holidays to all!
