Colorado College freshman Livi Woolery has been selected the SCAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week after leading the Tigers to a pair of wins over Augustana and Grinnell last weekend.
Woolery, from Houston, Texas, earned four first place finishes over the weekend. She won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:00.62 and swam on three victorious relays, the 200 medley (backstroke leadoff 27.65), 400 medley (backstroke leadoff 1:00.75) and 200 freestyle (25.09).
She also placed second with a lifetime-best time in the 100 butterfly (1:00.47) and posted a 3rd-place finish in the 50 freestyle (24.98).
The Tigers return to action on Friday, Oct. 24, with a dual meet against Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colo.
