In Hangzhou, Fantine earned the bronze medal in the 400 IM with a personal best time of 4:27.31, tying the French record. She also posted a 2:08.27 in the 200 IM heats, finishing 10th, and 2:25.07 in the 200 breaststroke, finishing 17th.
