Chris Guiliano on Managing LCM Season: “Take it one day at a time, come in with the energy”

2026 PRO SWIM SERIES – AUSTIN

Chris Guiliano‘s meet at the Pro Swim in Austin got progressively better. The Paris Olympian placed 7th in the 50 free on Day 2, 5th in the 200 Free on Day 3, and got his hand on the wall first in the 100 free on the 4th and final day. After his meet, the Longhorn pro spoke with SwimSwam about his approach to the rest of the season. Since he knows it’s a longer-than-normal season until Pan Pacs, he’s trying to stay present, positive, and bring energy every day in training.
