Located only 15 miles inland from Venice Beach and just 3 miles south of Downtown Los Angeles, the University of Southern California and Trojan Head Swim Coach, Lea Maurer, are hosting the 2026 USC SWIM CAMP. Our 4th annual summer of swim camps in LA are designed for competitive swimmers looking to improve their stroke technique and endurance and offer four overnight camp options.

Campers receive concentrated instruction on all four strokes along with starts and turns at Uytengsu Aquatics Center located on the beautiful USC campus. Upon arrival, campers are placed in groups with other swimmers that have similar abilities and goals. Our camp staff does their best to accommodate your needs, keeping in consideration your experience and desire to improve.

The USC Swim Camp is open to any and all entrants and limited only by number, age and gender. This is not a “learn to swim” program. For the safety and benefit of our campers, we recommend all participants have competitive swimming experience (e.g., U.S.S. Age Group, National Qualifiers, High School Swimmers or Summer League Swimmers) with all four competitive strokes: Fly, Back, Breast, and Freestyle. Participants should have experience with competitive starts and turns and be able to complete a continuous 100 yard swim.

Highlights Include
  • TEAM DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
  • Stroke technique refinement for competitive swimming
  • Focused training on starts, turns, and relay exchanges
  • Higher intensity training with lectures on sports nutrition and sports psychology
  • Small group and individual stroke analysis/instruction
  • Low camper to staff ratio
  • Every camper receives a Nike Camp T-shirt and Nike Swim Cap
  • Every camper is eligible to receive merit-based prizes during camp
