The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2025 headed for the seventh time to Boston (USA).  It was the 4th and final stop as the 2025 season came to a dramatic close today. Boston’s urban backdrop provided one of the most iconic stages on the World Series calendar. From the Institute of Contemporary Art’s rooftop platforms, the world’s best cliff divers soared into Boston Harbor as thousands of fans lined up at the waterfront, rooftops, and balconies overlooking the water.

That seems like a very odd time of the year to put Boston on the calendar. It’s not just cold, it’s really windy.

Can we really call it cliff diving if it’s off of a board in Boston Harbor? No cliffs in sight.

This is a great spectator sport – Perhaps NCAA swimming and diving should get rid of springboard and host only 25m and 25m synchro events?

I was reading how some of the highest Red Bull diving jumps were 27 meters.
For me, 3 meters was scary.
