Coach Notes

The swim coach was asked to define any shorthand he or she used in this workout. Their notes should provide some additional context to this swimming workout.

K = kick, D = drill, S = swim. Pace really isn’t defined here, I plan for that to be specific for who I want to work with today. The 1:00 interval should be good for 200 and 500 pace. I might drop it down for 1000 or 1650 and push it longer for 200 breast pace. We will see.
