Mysore ke 80-year-old senior swimmer Sundaram Basappa ne 4th Karnataka State Masters Games-2023 jo ki Karnataka Masters Games Association jo ki Masters Games Federation of India se affiliated hai usme unhone four gold medals jeet kar apne naam kiya. Ye competition Jan. 21 aur 22 ko Shivamogga ke Nehru Stadium mei hua tha.
Sundaram ne 50m backstroke (1:42), 100m back stroke (3:32:91), 50m free style (1:14) aur 4*50m Freestyle relay mei ;75 and above’ age category mein Mysuru city ko represent kiya tha.
