Future Stars Swim Camp is designed for boys and girl ages 8-18, and aims to cultivate confidence and improve techniques in the water. Our expert coaches develop individualized training plans to improve each of the four strokes with regard to technique, training and race strategy.
Campers will be given the tools to systematically progress during a day balanced with technical work, training session, and dry-land training. Our goal is to pattern solid stroke fundamentals and refine starts and turns so that each campers may reach their individual potential. Our campers receive small group instruction in a low swimmer to coach ratio environment, so be sure to enroll early as sessions do sell out.
Please note: This is not a learn-to-swim camp. Campers must have at least one season of competitive swimming experience and know how to swim all four strokes.
The Suffolk Credit Union Arena boasts an 8-lane, 25-meter, INDOOR pool or 12-lane 25-yard pool. It is chosen as the annual site for the Section XI county championships. The pool features 18 spillover gutters and nonturbulent lane lines and its bulkhead can be moved to better work on flip-turns and to make all lanes closer and more visible. Additionally, each lane has a KDI Paragon starting block.
The fieldhouse itself has a 1/4-mile track and plenty of room to use for dry-land training. The adjacent auditorium has a full video analysis system for HD quality review or technique.

Director: Coach Ray Willie
2010 Metropolitan Swimming Coach of the Year. Ray Willie started his swimming career at age 7 at the Three Village Swim Club. He holds an undergraduate degree from University at Buffalo and a master’s degree from Stony Brook University, both in applied mathematics. He is currently a high school math teacher at East Islip High School.
Coach Ray was a 14-time All-American for the University at Buffalo. He was two-time MVP for the University, Freshman of the Year in 1989 and Upper New York State Swimmer of the Year in 1989. In 2004, he was honored by University at Buffalo by being inducted into their Athlete Hall of Fame.
He began his coaching career in 1992 as assistant coach for Canisius College Men’s and Women’s Division I swimming program. His tenure has included Head Junior Coach Cheektowaga Stingrays, Head Junior Coach Three Village Swim Club, and Head Coach Hauppauge Swim Club and senior team coach Three Village Swim Club. He currently coaches Smithtown/Hauppauge Varsity Boys swimming and diving who has won back to back Sufolk County Championships in 2023 and 2024. Coach Ray has coached several NY State, Junior National, Senior National and Olympic Trial qualifiers. He is the owner of Long Island Premiere Swim School and dedicates his time to working with swimmers of all ages. He has been published in Splash magazine twice for drill techniques on both breaststroke and competitive dives.

Tuition rates are time sensitive. Enrolling early affords families our best rates.
Summer 2026 programs will run from June 29th to August 21st. We offer flexible weekly scheduling, and each camp week runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Early drop-off and late pick-up options are also available for an additional $80 p/week, p/option (7:30am drop-off & up-to 5:30pm pick-up).
Sibling discounts of $25 p/week are added for each sibling after the first child.
