Bahut se swimmers aur beginners ka ek common sawaal hota hai ki jab woh underwater swimming karte hain, to kuch hi der baad unki body apne aap surface par aane lagti hai. Kai log ise technique ki galti samajhte hain, lekin iske peeche science bhi kaam karti hai.
1. Hamara Sharir Naturally Float Karta Hai
Jab hum saans lekar underwater jaate hain, to hamare lungs hawa se bhar jaate hain. Yeh hawa hamari body ko buoyancy (uplift force) deti hai, jiski wajah se sharir paani ke upar uthne lagta hai.
Jitni zyada hawa lungs me hogi, utni hi zyada body float karegi. Iske Alawa body fat jyada hona bhi ek reason hota hai, boys and girls me dekhe to lower body me girls ke pass boys ke comparison me thoda jyada fat percentage hota hai isliye mostly girls ko ye problem aati hai underwater me.
2. Head Position Ka Asar
Agar underwater swimming ke dauran aap apna sir thoda upar utha lete hain, to poori body ka angle badal jata hai aur sharir surface ki taraf move karne lagta hai.
Sir ko neutral position me rakhna underwater streamline maintain karne ke liye bahut zaroori hai.
3. Kick Direction Galat Hona
Kai swimmers kick karte waqt pairon ko neeche ki taraf dhakka dete hain. Isse body ko opposite reaction milta hai aur swimmer upar ki taraf uthne lagta hai.
Underwater dolphin kick ya flutter kick hamesha horizontal direction me honi chahiye.
4. Speed Kam Ho Jana
Jab aap wall se push-off karte hain, to shuruaat me speed zyada hoti hai aur body streamline me rehti hai. Jaise-jaise speed kam hoti hai, buoyancy ka effect zyada mehsoos hone lagta hai aur body surface ki taraf aane lagti hai.
5. Air Release Karna
Competitive swimmers underwater phase me dheere-dheere naak se bubbles nikalte rehte hain. Isse lungs me hawa kam hoti hai aur buoyancy thodi reduce ho jaati hai, jisse body ko depth maintain karne me madad milti hai.
Kya Karein?

✅ Head ko neutral rakhein.
✅ Kick horizontal direction me karein.
✅ Push-off ke baad speed banaye rakhein.
✅ Dheere-dheere bubbles release karein.
Yaad rakhiye, body ka thoda bahut surface ki taraf aana bilkul normal hai. Underwater me zyada der tak rehne ke liye technique aur body control dono par kaam karna padta hai.
