Swimming pool par jis din apko deep water me coach le jata hai to Deep water me jump karte wakt ek Fear + exciting feeling hoti hai, lekin jab aap paani ke upar aate ho, uske baad sabse bada challenge hota hai — ek hi jagah par stable rehna bina doobe. Bahut se beginners yahin panic karte hain, aur isi wajah se unka body control chala jata hai.

Is article me aap simple tarike se samjhoge ki kaise deep water me bina move kiye comfortably tik kar reh sakte ho.

1. Sabse pehle samjho problem kya hoti hai

Jab aap jump karte ho aur upar aate ho:

  • Body automatically neeche sink hone lagti hai
  • Panic hone lagta hai
  • Haath-pair randomly chalne lagte hain

Solution hai: controlled movement aur calm mind

2. Body Position sabse important hai

  • Apni body ko seedha na rakhte hue body ko aapne aage ki or jhuka kar rakho (sirf chin tak head upar ho usse jyada nhi)
  • Head paani ke upar, chest thodi open rakho
  • bilkul tight khade hone ki koshish karoge to sink karoge

Tip: Body ko relaxed upright (slightly bend) position me rakho, bilkul stiff nahi

3. Legs ka kaam (aapko upar rakhega)

Deep water me rukne ke liye sabse powerful part hai legs

Beginner ke liye 2 best options:

(a) Cycling motion

  • Jaise aap hawa me cycle chala rahe ho
  • Continuous movement rakho

(b) Frog kick (breaststroke kick)

  • Pair bahar le jao, paani ko push karo, wapas lao
  • Har kick me aapko upar lift milega

Rule: jitna smooth kick, utna zyada control

4. Hands ka role (balance banana)

  • Hands ko side me rakho
  • Chhote chhote movement karo (sculling)
  • Jaise aap paani ko side me push kar rahe ho

5. Breathing control (panic se bachne ka tarika)

  • Dheere aur normal saans lo
  • Jaldi jaldi saans loge to body heavy lagegi
  • Panic se sinking feeling badh jati hai

Tip: calm breathing se control better hota hai

6. Best technique: Eggbeater Kick

Agar aap long time ek jagah par rukna chahte ho, to eggbeater kick sikho

  • Isme dono legs alternate circular motion me move karte hain
  • Ye technique water polo players use karte hain

Isse aap bina thake kaafi der tak ek jagah par reh sakte ho

7. Common mistakes jo avoid karni chahiye

  • Panic karna
  • Hands ko zor zor se maarna
  • Legs ko rok dena
  • Body ko stiff rakhna
