Warm Up: 10 sec rest

Prime Stroke Work:
    4×75 @ 1:15 K/D/S x 25
    8×50 @ 1:00 D/S x 25
    16×25 @ :30 S

Back Half Prime Work:
    5×200 @ 3:00 s/k x100 [1- Fr/2- Prime/3- Bk/4&5- Prime]
    4×150 @ 2:15 s/k x75 [1- Fr/2- Bk/3&4- Prime]
    3×100 @ 1:30 s/k x 50 [1-3 Prime]
    2×75 @ 1:30 REC ch
