Henry started competitively swimming when he was nine years old. Since then he has made the CIF Team two times, and was the captain of his highschool swim team. He has competed at Canadian World Championship Trials, and hopes to head to Olympic Trials in Toronto in 2016. He was also on his high school honor roll for three years.
Henry went to the Miami Invite, the first taper meet of the season for the eagles, and recorded season best times. He placed 4th in the mile and 9th in the 500 free. At UAAs, Henry placed 7th in the 500 free(4:34.64) and 10th in the mile(16:10.54). He went onto NCAAs where he placed 24th in the mile and 29th in the 500 free.
