SwimSwam’s daily swimming workout series is a collection of workouts written by coaches from a variety of backgrounds. All daily swimming workouts have been written using Commit Swimming. The swim coach was asked to define any shorthand he or she used in this workout. Their notes should provide some additional context to this swimming workout.

POE = Percent of Effort. Athletes have cards with the colors of their POE times. Yellow = 85% of their best time. Blue = 92% of their best time. The goal is to have them holding within the yellow for VO2Max Work! Then get up & sprint. The power work at the end is in place of towers / racks.
