Ocala, Florida – Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) is the premier aquatic training and competition venue in the Southeastern United States. Located in Ocala, the heart of Central Florida, FAST features an indoor 10-lane 50m/25yd competition pool and the outdoor 2021 U.S. Olympic Trials Myrtha Pools Warm-Up pool. Our training facility features a 2,475 sq. ft. dryland fitness center providing an excellent opportunity to train out of the pool as well.
