Swimming Me Breathing Kaise Kare तैरते समय कैसे साँस लें: एक बेहतरीन गाइ्ड

Hello Swimmers, Swimming me breathing sabse important aur tricky part hota hai. Kai beginners ko lagta hai ki wo paani me saans nahi le paa rahe, ya saans lete hi unka rhythm bigad jaata hai. Par sach ye hai ki agar aapko breathing ka sahi timing aur technique samajh aa jaaye, to swimming bohot smooth lagne lagti hai.
Chaliye step-by-step samajhte hain breathing technique ko:

1. Sabse pehle samjho — breathing ka concept

Swimming me breathing natural breathing jaisa nahi hota. Jab hum land par saans lete hain to inhale aur exhale dono bahut calmly hota hai.
Lekin paani me, aapko jaldi inhale (saans lena) aur slow exhale (saans chhodna) karna padta hai.
Kyuki paani ke andar aap sirf exhale karte ho, aur upar aate hi ek short, quick inhale lete ho.

2. Breathing under water – exhale ka timing

  • Jab aapka face paani ke andar hota hai, tab nose se saans bahar chhodo (exhale). (agar nose se saans nhi nikl rhi hai to pani ke niche “hmmm” bolo nose se apne aap air bahar ayegi)
  • Saans ko muh me mat roko, warna chest tight feel hogi.
  • Bubbles krne se body relaxed rehti hai aur rhythm banta hai.

Example: Freestyle me jab haath ek stroke complete kar raha hota hai, tab aapko paani ke andar hi exhale karte rehna chahiye. Watch Video Here

3. Inhale – saans lena ka perfect timing

  • Jab aapka face paani se bahar nikalta hai (stroke ke side par), tab ek quick breath lo.
  • Inhale mouth se karna chahiye, kyunki mouth se zyada air jaldi jaati hai.
  • Sirf 1 second me saans lo aur turant face wapas paani me le aao.

Tip: Inhale ke time sirf mouth ka part paani ke upar ho. Poora sir upar uthane ki zarurat nahi. Watch Video Here

4. Head position aur body rotation

  • Freestyle me breathing ka secret hai body rotation.
Jab aap side par rotate karte ho (left ya right), tab face automatically paani se bahar aata hai.
  • Head ko zyada upar mat uthao, warna hips niche chale jaayenge aur body drag create karegi.
  • Ek aankh paani ke andar aur ek aankh bahar — ye ideal position hai. Watch Video Here

5. Rhythm aur pattern

  • Beginners ke liye common pattern hota hai: “Breathe every 3 strokes”
(Matlab teen strokes ke baad ek breath lo – isse dono side ka balance banega).
  • Advanced swimmers often breathe every 2 strokes, especially jab speed zyada ho.

Example:

  • Stroke 1 – no breath
  • Stroke 2 – no breath
  • Stroke 3 – turn head aur quick inhale

6. Practice drills for breathing

Agar breathing control karni hai to ye drills zarur try karo:

a. Bubble Drill:
Wall pakad ke paani me face daalo aur nose se bubbles banao. Ye exhale control sikhata hai.

b. Side Breathing Drill (with board):
Kickboard pakadke freestyle kick karo aur har 3 kicks ke baad side se saans lo. (Watch Video Here)

c. Sink Down Drill:
Paani me khade hokar saans andar lo, phir nose se bubbles chhodo aur dekho kitna time lagta hai poora exhale hone me.

7. Common mistakes aur unke solutions

Mistake: Paani me saans rok lena.
Solution: Constantly bubbles chhodo taaki lungs relaxed rahein.

Mistake: Sir poora upar uthana.
Solution: Sirf side tilt karo – ek aankh paani me rehni chahiye.

Mistake: Jaldi-jaldi saans lena (panic breathing).
Solution: Slow rhythm maintain karo — inhale short, exhale long.

8. Final breathing mantra

“Underwater – exhale calmly,
Surface – inhale quickly,
and keep your rhythm steady.”

Agar aap is pattern ko follow karte hain, to aapka stamina, speed, aur comfort level teeno improve honge.
Breathing swimming ka dil hai – jitna zyada control, utni smooth swimming.
