Sports department ne bina registration ke operate ho rahe gym, shooting academies and swimming pools sahit 27 establishments par total Rs 16 lakh ki penalty lagai hai. Officials ne bataya ki last month me baar-baar notice issue kiye jaane ke baad bhi violators department ke directives ko follow karne me fail rahe.
District sports officer Anita Nagar ne kaha ki strict action jaruri tha, kyunki ye facilities illegally run ho rahi thi aur safety standards se compromise kar sakti thi. Establishments ko baar-baar sports department ke saath register karne ke liye warning di gayi thi, lekin kai ne notice ko ignore kar diya.
Swimming pool and shooting academies sahit multiple facilities or high-risk sports operate karne wale establishments par Rs 1 lakh ki penalty lagai gayi. Inme sector 22 me Gunnery Shooting Academy, Sector 63 me Shooting Guru Shooting Academy Greater Noida West me Gaurs International School, Sector 70 me Sapphire International School, Sector 125 me Amity University and Chithera Dadri me Shiv Nadar University shaamil hain.
Single sports facilities wale establishments par Rs 50,000 ka fine lagaya gaya.
Notable names me Greater Noida Expressway par Genesis Global School, Jaypee Greens me Jaypee Public School, Knowledge Park V me Seth Anandram Jaipuria School and Film City me Apeejay School etc shaamil hain.
Additional penalized establishments me Greater Fitness Zone, Noida Cricket Academy, Bal Utsav Elite Cricket Academy, Infinity School, Salvation The Tree School and Village Kalyan Dadri shaamil hain.
Nagar ne kaha ki agar violators ak week ke andar isko follow karne me fail rahte hain toh penalty badha di jayegi. Unhone kaha, agar ye establishments register nahi karate hain aur fine nahi pay karte hain, toh penalty per week Rs 10,000 badh jayegi. Officials ne kaha ki iss crackdown ka aim legal requirements ke compliance ko ensure karna hai aur across the district sports facilities me safety standards ko promote karna hai.
