New complex Mangaluru Smart City Limited dwara lagbhag Rs. 25 crores ki cost se 2 acres land par banaya gaya hai. Isme 10 lane ka 50mx25m competition pool, 5 lane ka practice pool aur second floor pe kids pool hai, jabki first floor par gymnasium, restrooms and swimmers ke liye other facilities hain.
Iska inauguration 24 November 2023 ko hua aur iske turant baad ise Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYES) ko handover kar diya gaya.
