While competing at this weekend’s National Sports Festival of Japan, 17-year-old sprinter Rikako Ikee lowered her own national record and World Junior Record in the 50m freestyle.
It was a total teen scene at the Japanese National Sports Festival, with Rikako Ikee and Miku Kojima making the most of their splashes.
All in all, athletes broke 21 World Junior Records and 45 Championship records at the 6th FINA World Junior Swimming Championships in Indianapolis.
