Tess is one of the Aquamules’ top backstrokers. She is studying Government and English. While she prefers events of the sprint variety, her obvious talent for the 200 back has her coaches excited.
In her freshman year, Tess was a regular scorer in the dual meet season. She carried that success over to NESCAC Championships, where she scored in the top 16 in the 50 back and was a key member of Colby’s 200 medley relay.
Tess suffers from a severe case of ichthyophobia, the fear of fish. When she is not in the pool, she often hones her television-viewing skills. She once watched all seven season of “Boy Meet World” (about three days worth of material) within a month’s time.
