Atkinson, Jones scratch 100 free B finals at Pan Ams day 1 finals

A couple of swimmers have scratched the B final of the 100 free on opening night of the Pan American Games, most notably Jamaica’s Alia Atkinson and the USA’s Cullen Jones.
