Maija Roses Discusses How ‘Relearning How to Walk’ Has Made Her a Better Swimmer

SwimMAC Carolina’s Maija Roses celebrated her recovery from adversity in an impressive way on the first day of the 2013 Speedo Junior National Championships on Monday. A year after ‘relearning how to walk’ following hip surgery last summer, Roses won the women’s 200 breaststroke Junior National title in 2:31.77.

AS it worked out for her , an obstacle in life can be used to get stronger and appreciate more who we are and what we love . Truly inspiring .
