Follow Dreams and Value Friendships, with advice from Missy Franklin

  0 Katrina Radke | December 20th, 2012

As the holiday season is upon us, I thought you might enjoy this clip from Missy Franklin, five-time Olympic medalist. She shares the most important two things to remember –

1. Follow your dreams (whatever they may be).

2. Value your friendships. Hold them close to your heart.

Love your family, friends, teammates, competitors, coaches, teachers, and everyone. If you need to forgive yourself or another, do so – no need to hold onto grudges.

Open your hearts to the possibilities in life: what you love to do, and to the connections you get to have with people.

May you have a joyous holiday season,

From, Dear Katrina (aka Katrina Radke)
