When the Ohio State women’s swim team dropped their interpretation of AC/DC’s “TNT,” I was able to successfully incite a little bit of comment competitiveness amongst Ohio State and Princeton fans, debating whose video was better.
This one could be even better. Though the Buckeyes snagged the official state nickname and a chunk of the state’s capital as their own, the Ohio Bobcats want everyone to remember that there’s more than one D-1 school in town. Ok, so there’s 13 in fact, and Ohio ranks 6th in terms of enrollment, but they are OHIO’s University, and they’re not giving up the in-state crown easily.
Your team does box jumps? the Bobcats do couch jumps (which I’m almost positive are more difficult).
So I give to you their version of the Black Eyed’ Peas’ “I’ve Gotta Feeling,” in honor of the team’s intrasquad meet tonight that will kick off their 2011-2012 campaign. I’ve gotta feeling that tonight’s going to be a good night in Athens.
By the way, Lil’ Jon is an Ohio State Alum, in case our Buckeye readers are looking for a rebuttal.
