It’s time again for our readers to show why they’re the most knowledgable and passionate swimmers in the swimming world. Now is the chance to enter our SwimSwam Pick ‘Em Contest for the women’s NCAA Championship meet, sponsored by Engine, to win some cool swimming gear.
Click here to make your choices.
We’ve populated the lists with the top 16 seeds in every event, with of course a “Wildcard” for anyone who is feeling a darkhorse coming on.
Our record for the Pick ‘Em contests is around 1,100 entries for the Olympic Trials; with the passion and rivalry surrounding college swimming, we expect to blow by that number.
A men’s contest will be coming out soon as well, so stay tuned for that!
Prizes (what you all want to know):
The entrant with the most points daily will receive a free pair of Engine goggles; the runners-up on each day will receive a free Engine cap.
The Grand Prize winner with the most points at the end of the contest will receive a free Engine Technical Racing Suit, like the ones worn by three-time Australian Olympic medalist Andrew Lauterstein.
Scoring
Picking a winner correctly earns you 5 points. Picking a runner-up correctly earns you 3 points. Picking a third-place finisher correctly earns you 2 points. Relays are worth the same points, but double. Picking a swimmer to correctly finish in the top 3 but in the wrong position, earns you a single point.
Sound good? Then get to it!

Will there be a Men’s NCAA pick em contest too?
Sure will be.
Tried to submit my picks. Not sure if it went through. Are we suppose to receive a confirmation when we hit submit. Mine stayed on the same page and just cleared my picks back to the default!?
That’s what is supposed to happen.
Okay, thanks! Wasn’t sure if it was suppose to go to a confirmation page.
I pick the team led by the Cal mens coaching staff.
I don’t think the prediction form is very mac friendly…
JK its not working on a pc either… maybe its just me?
it worked on my PC. I had to make up a security word at the bottom, then it gave me one that worked.
