Inn Areas Me Swimming Strictly Prohibited Hai

Uttara Kannada district ke coastal areas me aane wale tourists ko ab sabhi beaches par freely swimming ki permission nahi hogi. Tourism Department safety ensure karne ke liye designated swimming areas mark karne ke process me hai. Department unn areas ko recognise karne ke liye ak survey kar raha hai jahan swimming ki permission hai aur jahan ye prohibited hai, aur inn areas ko demarcate  karne ke liye flags and buoys lagayega.

Coastal Areas Ka Survey 

Ak official ne kaha, “haal hi me hui drownings, specially Muradeshwar me, ke jawab me department swimming, water sports and banned areas ke liye areas ko designate karne ke liye ye step liya ja raha hai. Jin beaches par tourist traffic hoti hai, unka pahle hi survey kiya ja chuka hai aur proper demarcation implement kiya jayega. Department safe zones banane ki planning kar raha hai, jahan specific activities ki ja sakein.”

Costs Par Challenges

Karwar, Gokarna and Muradeshwar ke coastal stretches lambe hain, jisse sabhi areas ko effectively monitor karna possible nahi hai. Ak hi jagah par hone wale water sports and swimming se confusion ki situation produce ho sakti hai. Iss problem se nipatne ke liye, department ak aise system par kaam kar rahi hai jo ye ensure karegi ki tourists dangerous areas me na jaayen, aur safety ensure karne ke liye lifeguards present honge.

Gokarna Ka Om Beach

Tourism Department ke Deputy Director Jayant HV ne kaha, “Gokarna ke Om Beach par, designated swimming zones and no-swim zones ko maps par mark kiya jayega. Department ne safety ensure karne ke liye lifeguard services and equipment ko outsource karne ka decision liya hai. District ke 44 beaches me se, sabse jada tourists traffic wale top 10 beaches par lifeguard services hongi. Lifeguard services ko outsource karne ke liye 2 weeks me ak tender issue kiya jayega. Current lifeguard staff ko appoint karne ko preference di jayegi.”

‘Challenges of the Coastal Areas’naam ke series ke ak part ke roop me, Jayant ne bataya ki district ke top 10 beaches par survey kiye ja raha hai. Swimming areas ke paas Buoys rakhe jayenge, aur kisi ko bhi unn boundaries se aage jaana allow nahi hoga. Lifeguard bhi safety limits ko cross karne ki koshish karne wale kisi bhi person ko rokenge. Unhone bataya ye system kuchh foreign countries me pahle se hi laagu hain. Department ne har ak beach par local beach management committee banane ka bhi decision liya hai jahan tourism activities chal rahi hain. Iss time beaches par 10 ‘Tourism Friends’ hain aur government se guidance me assist karne ke liye 50 aur appoint karne ka request kiya gaya hai. Sabhi tourism activities ko aur adhik organized system ke tahat laane ki koshish chal rahi hai.”
