Nations Capital’s Alyssa Sagle set a new lifetime best of 1:51.73 to move into 15th all-time in the girls’ 15-16 age group.
The Bellevue girls won the West Winter Junior team title, while the SwimMAC girls won in the east. Lakeside and Bolles won both the boys and combined titles.
