Fairfield University Makes Triumphant Return To Hawaii

  0 Chris DeSantis | January 16th, 2016

It had been four years since the Fairfield University Swimming and Diving Team set foot in Hawaii for their winter training. They returned this winter, enjoying not only the warm climate but the historical sites as well. The team had the chance to visit the Pearl Harbor memorial.

The Stags were also able to enjoy the fact that all beach land in Hawaii is public. This meant that they had access to some of the best beaches in the world while they recovered from their intense training.

Fairfield University, which is located in Fairfield Connecticut, competes in Division I athletics and the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The men finished 9th while the women were 7th at last year’s championship.
