George Tilneac is a butterfly specialist from New York. He has had success swimming for Connecticut College at the NCAA Division three championships.
As a sophomore, Tilneac swam at the NCAA D-III meet after picking up two silvers and a bronze medal at the New England Small College Athletic Conference Championships. At the national meet he placed 5th in the 200 yard butterfly in a new best time of 1:48.21.
