Job Description:
Location: 320 Washington Street, North Easton, MA, USA
Responsible for the instruction, development, and supervision of student-athletes participating in a collegiate diving program. The coach designs and implements training plans to improve technical skills, competitive performance, and athlete safety while supporting the broader mission of the athletics department and institution.
Effectively assist in coaching a competitive diving program in a manner which promotes sportsmanship and integrity, ensuring compliance with all NCAA, Northeast conference, and institutional rules and regulations
Communicates effectively and often with the head coach and the student-athletes
Establish and maintain good personal relationships with student-athletes and staff
Assist in providing a supportive, encouraging, and challenging environment for the student-athletes
Provide effective and corrective biomechanical feedback to the team, small groups, and individuals Ability to work weekdays – early mornings and/or early evenings, some weekends
Coaching at least 3 practices per week and being available for occasional recruiting
