Zillion-Sport Athlete Aidan Farley to Swim at Michigan State

Well maybe not a zillion sports, but still. Aidan Farley of Orland Park, Illinois, a senior at Carl Sandburg High School, is on the swim team, cross country team, and water polo team. He is also a nationally-ranked triathlete. And he has elected to give a verbal commitment to the Michigan State University men’s swimming and diving team for the 2017-18 season.

“So excited to announce my commitment to Michigan State!  The coaches and team are very welcoming and the university has so much to offer academically.  I’m looking forward to seeing what I can do and hope to make a difference.”

Farley swims for the club team Palos-Orland Swim Association, but most of his best SCY times come from high school season (where he trains under coach Jim Caliendo) and are not in the USA Swimming database.
