Coach Kyle Clements and vivacious Emily McClellan tell shock of finding out what NCAAs were. “I cried…I didn’t want to swim alone,” said Emily. In some ways, she was one of the breakout swimmers of the meet, getting 2nd to American Record Holder, Breeja Larson in the 100 breaststroke. She jokes with Coach Kyle Clements about how she did not know about NCAAs as a freshman. He tells the story. She also talks about the 200 breaststroke, and goals moving forward.
