Masters World Record-holder Cynthia Lewis took time out of her schedule at Masters Nationals to talk to SwimSwam about her schedule and routine as a Masters swimmer. Lewis talks about the demands of training while working full-time, but also the advantages she has in tailoring her training to her own needs.

Lewis also talks about her enjoyment of Masters swimming and what she loves about USMS.
