As the holiday season is upon us, I thought you might enjoy this clip from Missy Franklin, five-time Olympic medalist. She shares the most important two things to remember –

2. Value your friendships. Hold them close to your heart.

Love your family, friends, teammates, competitors, coaches, teachers, and everyone. If you need to forgive yourself or another, do so – no need to hold onto grudges.

Open your hearts to the possibilities in life: what you love to do, and to the connections you get to have with people.

May you have a joyous holiday season,

From, Dear Katrina (aka Katrina Radke)
