USA Synchro launches Give and Support Campaign

The following is a press release courtesy of USA Synchro:

INDIANAPOLIS – USA Synchro has already received a strong response from synchronized swimming fans with its initial Give and Support Campaign, an annual fundraising effort for the U.S. national team.

The Give and Support Campaign is aimed at raising money to assist in paying the organization’s regular, ongoing expenses.

“This campaign will make us a stronger, more independent organization that will support all of our athletes as they reach for the podium and beyond,” said USA Synchro executive Director Kevin Warner. “This initial campaign will support our national team, but future campaigns can and will include other programs.”

National team athletes have committed to training full time to work toward moving the USA back up the world rankings. The team will compete at the 2015 World Championships in Kazan, Russia.

Fans are encouraged to donate to the campaign at http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Synchronized-Swimming/Donate.

The donation levels:

  • President’s Club: $1,500+
  • Platinum Level: $1,000
  • Gold: $500
  • Silver: $250
  • Bronze: $100
  • Give & Support: $75/$50/$25

Donations over $100 will have the option to make it in “honor of” or “in memory of.” Once payment is received, the donor will have the option to have a card sent directly to the person, family or organization in which the donation was made.
