Swimming From Home Talk Show: Kathleen Baker on Not Bottling your Emotions

We are all trying to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic as best we can. Staying at home and not socializing is not an easy task for anyone, and keeping a swimmer out of the pool is equally antagonizing. Therefore, SwimSwam is starting the Swimming From Home Talk Show, where host Coleman Hodges speaks with the swimming community about how they’re coping with our current goggle-less reality.

Olympic gold medalist Kathleen Baker, like many of us, has had her world turned upside down by the coronavirus pandemic. Now stuck at home, she has been leaning heavily on her national teammates and checking in with them. Baker speaks about being able to process all of this, and how it has been important for her to learn not to bottle her emotions, so that she can recognize and work through them.
