For this being a meet that was intended as a midseason meet, where a lot of other teams across the country swim indoors, what our girls did in just two hours was impressive. We raced well, and are ready to have the month’s worh tof training before getting back to competing on January fifth.”

The Waves also had multiple second-place finishes. Boone took second in the 100 free with a time of 54.33, as well as the 200 free with a time of 1:56.21. Paige Brackett also swam really well in the 200 free, finishing just behind Boone with a time of 1:56.30. Both times in the 200 free were season best times. Ryane Skinner took second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:45.06. Olivia Kayye swam a 17:44.91 en route to a second place finish in the 1650 free, a significant lifetime best in the event.
