Photo Vault: Emory Hosts 2014 Special Olympics Georgia Swimming Events

Every year, Emory University plays host to the Special Olympics Georgia State Summer Games, and that means that nearly 3,000 athletes have descended upon the Atlanta campus this weekend to show their mettle and sportsmanship in the competitive fields, tracks, courts, and most importantly pools.

The beautiful George W. Woodruff Physical Education Center on Emory’s campus was converted from the home to the 5-time-defending NCAA Division III Championship Eagles women’s swim team to home for some other great competitors.
