Pepperdine Adds CCAT Sprinter Eleanor Mashkovich for Fall 2021

Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

CCAT’s Eleanor Mashkovich has committed to Pepperdine for next fall. She’s a senior at Westlake High School, a short drive from Malibu, Calif., where Pepperdine’s campus is.

I chose Pepperdine for the great family atmosphere that the swim team has to offer, the incredible ocean view, and the world-class academics. I’m beyond excited to start my journey as a wave! Go waves!!

TOP TIMES (SCY)

  • 50 free – 24.55
  • 100 free – 53.25
  • 100 fly – 59.90

Mashkovich is a sprint freestyler, and that’s the area where she’ll have an immediate impact on the Pepperdine roster. Last season, she would’ve been sixth in the 100 free and seventh in the 50 free on their roster.

At the 2020 PCSC Championships, where Pepperdine finished runner-up by a mere 33 points to CSU-East Bay, Mashkovich would’ve scored in B-finals of both the 50 free and 100 free.

Mashkovich joins Lindsay Hemming in Pepperdine’s incoming class.
